By using RAIL ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

RAIL is a professional tool designed for fashion stylists and production teams. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create within RAIL (projects, images, contact data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Uploading content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Using the Service to send spam or harvest contact data for commercial purposes outside of your own work.

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of RAIL require a paid subscription (Pro plan, €12/month). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date via your account settings.

6. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with a paid subscription, contact us at hello@rail.pro within 7 days of your initial charge and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are not available for renewals after the first billing period.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAIL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
